VšĮ Centrinė projektų valdymo agentūra / Central Project Management Agency — 2026 m. Vystomojo bendradarbiavimo ir humanitarinės pagalbos fondo Verslo partnerysčių programos UKRAINOJE kvietimas

Overview
The Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) of Lithuania administers this open call under the Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Fund’s Business Partnerships Programme for Ukraine. The fund is designed to foster private-sector engagement in Ukraine through partnership-based business initiatives, with a total allocation of up to €1,000,000. The call is not a conventional arts grant; it is a development-finance instrument that treats entrepreneurial projects as vehicles for economic cooperation and humanitarian impact. Creative practitioners whose work intersects with social practice, documentary, design, or cultural entrepreneurship may find points of alignment, but the programme’s primary language is that of business concept and project application. The application proceeds in two distinct stages. Stage one requires the submission of a business idea concept, which may be submitted at any time during the programme period, provided funds remain available. CPVA publishes a grouping schedule for received concepts on its website. Only applicants who pass the first stage are invited to submit a full project application electronically; the link is provided exclusively to selected applicants. This sequential structure means that the initial concept must be sufficiently compelling to earn an invitation to the second stage, where the detailed project proposal is evaluated. There is no submission fee. The deadline for concepts is 31 December 2026, but the rolling nature of the first stage and the finite budget mean that early submission is advisable. All questions and requests for clarification regarding the financing conditions may be sent to vbfondas@cpva.lt or directed by telephone to +370 656 59004. CPVA accepts questions in either Lithuanian or English. The programme’s institutional scope is developmental and humanitarian, with a specific geographic focus on Ukraine, and it is administered by a Lithuanian public agency.
