About the organization

e-flux is a publishing platform and archive, artist project, curatorial platform, and enterprise founded in 1998 by Julieta Aranda, Brian Kuan Wood, and Anton Vidokle. Initially conceived as a simple email newsletter to disseminate information about art exhibitions and events, it has evolved into one of the most influential and widely read platforms for contemporary art discourse. Its core mission is to foster critical thinking and facilitate the global exchange of ideas through its publications, exhibitions, and public programs. The organization operates at the intersection of art, theory, and politics, providing a space for rigorous debate and experimentation. The Muslim Mulliqi International Exhibition, hosted by e-flux in partnership with the National Gallery of Kosovo, is a biennial exhibition that showcases contemporary art from around the world. Named after the renowned Kosovar painter Muslim Mulliqi, the exhibition aims to promote cultural dialogue and artistic excellence. The 15th edition continues this legacy, inviting artists to engage with pressing contemporary issues through a variety of media.
