Alejandra Spruill

Alejandra Spruill is a multimedia artist based in Orange, Massachusetts, who makes collage and photo-based work. Her pieces often pair opposing materials, such as painting palettes and silver gelatin portraits. She began her practice in 2017, when she replaced a travel journal with a collage book. She took part in Kolaj Institute's 2024 Camera & Collage exhibition in New Orleans and spoke in its 2025 collage books program. She has also taught at the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts.
