Alexis N. Garcia

Alexis N. Garcia is a trans poet, printmaker, and educator whose cross-discipline work bends traditional poetic form to explore trans time and nonlinear meaning. Their poems and hybrid experiments have appeared in venues including The Hopkins Review, Poem-A-Day, and The Slowdown. They hold an MFA in Writing from UC San Diego and have received fellowships from the Outpost Foundation, Jack Jones Literary Arts, and the Tin House Summer Workshop. Their debut collection, Time Is a Silly Boy, is forthcoming from Host Publications.
