Alfio Bonanno

Alfio Bonanno is an artist associated with land art and nature installations. He was one of the artists in the first Art Ii Biennale in Ii, Finland, in 2008, where he made 'Seven steps for Ii'. That work is a communal sitting place that draws on local tar-burning pits and 19th-century Ii 'Jähti' ships. The 2010 biennale pages also credit him with helping invite artists to Ii.
