ALIA HAMAOUI

Alia Hamaoui is a British/Lebanese artist based in London, born in 1996, who trained in painting at Camberwell College of Arts. Her multidisciplinary practice combines print, painting, sculpture and image-making. It draws on historical artefacts, mass media and personal memory to explore cultural identity and the digitising of memories. She has shown in solo exhibitions in London and in group shows in London, Leicester and Lisbon, the last organised by PADA.
