Alicja Mrozowska

Alicja Mrozowska is a painter who was an Artist in Residence at IOU Creation Centre in Halifax. Her showcase piece, "Interwoven (Trzepak)", combines painting with steel, rattan and chalk. The work draws on her experiences in Poland and the UK, linking Calderdale's textile heritage with a Warsaw courtyard.
