Ally Loyns

Ally Loyns is a Canadian poet, musician, and advocate for people with Borderline Personality Disorder based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her poetry draws on her lived experience to address mental health and self-compassion. She has published two collections, A Generation of Sunflowers and its sequel Bloom, which are sold on Etsy and in Winnipeg bookstores.
