Angus Tarnawsky

Angus Tarnawsky is a Tasmanian-born (per Pioneer Works) sound artist and experimental musician working as a percussionist who blends acoustic and electronic sound. He improvises heavily, and his work mixes rhythm, heavy bass, and ambient textures. He was a Music Residency artist at Pioneer Works in Winter 2018. His debut solo album is Pitched (Inner Surface Music), and he runs the In Context Music label. He also makes installations, such as Variable Frequencies at Harvestworks in 2019.
