ANTONIO BOKEL

Antonio Bokel is a Rio de Janeiro-born artist (b. 1978) who began as a painter and now also works in sculpture, photography, performance, installation and intervention. His practice explores the boundary between street and studio, and between movement and the image it leaves behind. He was an artist-in-residence at PADA in 2023, where his work appeared in the studio's end-of-residency exhibition.
