Arthur Fields

Arthur Fields is a Dallas-based artist who works in digital and alternative photographic media. His research looks at self-representation and social media, drawing on imagery gathered through hashtag-based data compiling. He has recently turned toward abstraction and alternative process photography. Fields is an Associate Professor of Art at Dallas College, where he teaches photography and design. He also serves on the board of The Cedars Union Arts Incubator, and was part of its Cohort 4 residency.
