Barbara Leszczyńska

Barbara Leszczyńska, who works as Barbara El, is a Polish graphic artist and illustrator based in Gdynia. She was listed as a 2025 resident at the Gullkistan Center for Creativity in Iceland. Her main techniques include linocut, intaglio, lithography and watercolour. She trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and has exhibited widely in Europe, the USA and elsewhere. Her prints are held by the China Printmaking Museum and a college in Khartoum, Sudan. She received the Galion Gdyński prize from the city of Gdynia.
