Carrie Wang

Carrie Wang (also listed as Carrie Sijia Wang) is a Chinese-born, New York-based multimedia artist, designer and educator. Her work combines performance, interactive installation, AI and generative text to explore bureaucracy, standardized tests and hidden systems. She was a Pioneer Works Technology Resident in fall 2021 and an inaugural Working Artist Fellow in 2023-2024. She has also received a Mozilla Creative Media Award and taught at New York University.
