Charles Mason III

Charles Mason III is an interdisciplinary artist from Baltimore, Maryland, born in 1990. He has exhibited widely in Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles. He is a Resident Artist Alumni of Creative Alliance in Baltimore. He earned an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2019, after a BFA in graphic design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. His work often addresses identity, the experience of Blackness, and materiality. He has also curated several shows in Baltimore and Philadelphia.
