Cheryl Pallant

Cheryl Pallant is a poet, author, dancer, healer, and professor based in Richmond, Virginia, who was born in New York City. Her work often merges writing with dance and somatic practice. Her poetry has been published by BlazeVOX Books, including Her Body Listening, Continental Drifts, and Field of Here. Her books include poetry such as Light at the End of the Word and Into Stillness, as well as nonfiction on contact improvisation and somatic writing. She also teaches a workshop called Writing From the Body.
