Christopher Gambino

Christopher Gambino is a New York–based artist working across performance, sculpture, and narrative. During his 2025 residency at the Fire Island Artist Residency he explored queer performance traditions on the island, from drag and cabaret to the grotesque, and how queerness can live in form as well as subject. His CV lists solo and two-person exhibitions at venues including Charm School, Weatherproof, and Below Grand, and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
