Daniel Summerhill

Daniel B. Summerhill is a poet, performance artist, and scholar based on California's central coast. He is an assistant professor at California State University, Monterey Bay. He is the inaugural poet laureate of Monterey County. His first collection, Divine, Divine, Divine, was a semifinalist for the Wheeler and Saturnalia poetry prizes. His second full-length book, Mausoleum of Flowers, came out from CavanKerry Press in 2022.
