Daria Romanenko

Daria Romanenko is a Ukrainian visual artist. She was a resident at Viafarini in Milan in 2025 and presented her work at its Open Studio that July. Her installation 'Ascolta il cielo cadere' was shown in Venice in April 2026, weeks before the Venice Biennale, after being selected from 4,021 applications. The work is built from concrete bricks and wheat laid out as a map of Ukraine, linked to live air-raid alerts.
