DAVID PENNY

David Penny is a UK artist who works at the edges of photography, making work he describes as 'materially present'. His practice combines still and moving image, sculpture, digital render, animation and 3D print. He is based in Manchester, where he leads the BA and MA Photography programmes at Manchester Metropolitan University. In 2023 he took part in the PADA residency in Barreiro, Portugal.
