David Welch

David Welch is a poet based in Chicago. His collection The Book of Echoes (JackLeg Press, 2025) was a finalist for the Chicago Review of Books Award in Poetry. The book draws on his experience with Tourette syndrome. He has also published Everyone Who Is Dead (Spork Press, 2018) and a chapbook from The Laurel Review's Midwest Chapbook Series (2015).
