Derek Mong

Derek Mong is a poet, critic, and translator who has published two poetry collections with Saturnalia Books. He serves as poetry editor of Mantis: A Journal of Poetry, Criticism, & Translation. He recently completed a Ph.D. at Stanford University and lives in Portland, Oregon. His translation of Maxim Amelin's 'The Scribe's Confession' with Anne O. Fisher appeared in Waxwing's Issue 8.
