Diana Govier

Diana Govier is a health services researcher affiliated with VA Portland's CIVIC center and listed as a Core Investigator. She earned her PhD in Health Policy from Oregon State University in 2020. Her research covers healthcare experiences of people with medical complexity or mental health conditions, and how health system and policy reforms affect access and outcomes. She co-authored a 2026 commentary on rural health research competencies in the Journal of Rural Health.
