Diane Perndt

Diane Perndt is an Australian artist who works mainly in drawing. She moved to Australia from Canada about 30 years before her 2017 residency. Her recent work includes charcoal drawings of Japanese Buddhist temple objects and fine pencil drawings based on objects from her mother. During her residency at DRAWinternational in Caylus, France, she planned to make large charcoal drawings inspired by the village's gargoyles.
