Dieter Jung

Dieter Jung (born 1941) is a German artist whose work centers on holography, including holograms, holographic mobiles, and holographic light spaces. He was an artist in residence at the Center for the Holographic Arts' Pulse Laser Studio in the 2000–2001 cycle. He was a fellow at MIT's Center for Advanced Visual Studies from 1985 to 1988. His 2019 retrospective at ZKM Karlsruhe covered his holography alongside drawing, printmaking, and digital animation.
