Douglas Knesse
Douglas Knesse is a self-taught painter born in 1996 who lives and works in Rio de Janeiro. His large canvases combine abstract expressionism, action painting and pop with surf, skate and streetwear references. He took part in the Cape Town Art Residency in 2024, where he presented the exhibition 'A Taste of a Distant Paradise'.
