Drew Conrad

Drew Conrad is a contemporary artist born in 1979 in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who works mainly in large-scale sculpture and installation built from found and aged materials. He earned a BFA from the University of Georgia and an MFA from Parsons School of Design in 2005. His work deals with decay, memory, and ruin, often in the form of fabricated derelict structures. He was a visual arts resident at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, where his 2014 Clocktower residency project was a roadside-inspired sculptural ruin.
