Efren Pamilacan

Efren Pamilacan is a dance maker, curator and independent producer based in Melbourne. He is artistic director of Cypher Culture, a street dance organisation. He also works as creative producer at Dancehouse. His work links hip-hop, underground dance forms and the contemporary arts sector. He has curated and co-curated festivals and programs, including ON&ON 2026 and Arai? Aray! (Asia TOPA 2025). He was lead artist on The Street Dance Exchange, supported by Creative Australia. The pages name Creative Australia through a Creative Futures Fund grant for The Street Dance Exchange and in the Street Dance in Focus report. No page mentions a 2027 Creative Australia residency.
