Elana Adler

Elana Adler is a multidisciplinary artist born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and based in Portland, Maine. She holds a BFA in textiles from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA in fibers and material studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She teaches textile and fashion design at Maine College of Art & Design. Her residencies include Surf Point, where she was selected in 2023 for studio visits from NADA visiting curators. Her exhibitions include shows at the Portland Museum of Art and Maine MILL.
