Emily Peters

Emily Peters, who works under the name EiY, is a Miami-based sustainable artist working in textile, metal, and sound. She makes work from discarded materials using non-toxic dyeing methods and composes nature-influenced soundscapes. She was named a 2026 Artist-in-Residence at the Deering Estate, where she is a sculptor in a studio at the Carriage House.
