Emily Rice

Emily Rice is a British-born composer for film and television who began as a cellist in orchestras and rock bands. She has scored the Netflix series THE I-LAND, the documentary FOR THE LOVE OF RUTLAND, and the narrative feature MISS JUNETEENTH, which screened in U.S. dramatic competition at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. She was a Ucross Foundation artist resident in the Spring 2021 season in music composition.
