Emily Xie
Emily Xie is a New York-based generative artist and former software engineer who makes algorithmic visual work, often blockchain-based. Her work draws on textiles, collage, and wallpaper, and explores mythology, memory, and heritage. She completed a technology residency at Pioneer Works in Fall 2016 and has taught creative coding in workshops and talks.
