Eve Kalyva

Eve Kalyva is an art critic and writer with a PhD in Art History (2011). She has taught as a lecturer in Europe and Latin America. She was a 2015 artist in residence at OT301 in Amsterdam, where she also works as a docent. Her work focuses on the relationship between art and society, past and present. Drawing on her academic training in fine art, she looks closely at how artworks are made, what they depict, and how they were used as cultural objects.
