Florent Poussineau

Florent Poussineau is a French multidisciplinary artist whose practice combines fine art and gastronomy. He was an artist in residence at The Factory on Willow from September to October 2025. His work uses food as a sculptural medium and as a cultural symbol, including installations, performances, videos, sculptures, and paintings. Through this, he prompts viewers to reconsider consumer habits and social behavior.
