Genny Petrotta

Genny Petrotta is an Italian video artist and researcher, described as Arbëreshë and based in Palermo. Her practice spans film, installation and performance, often dealing with identity and stories sidelined by dominant narratives. She was a resident artist at Vila 31 in Tirana with Art Explora in 2025, where she developed Brinjë më Brinjë (Rib to Rib), which was shown in Florence as part of Fabbrica Europa 2025.
