Ghalya Saadawi

Ghalya Saadawi is a Beirut-based writer and researcher, born in Lebanon in 1975. She has written art criticism for publications including Bidoun, Frieze, and e-flux, as well as for several artist monographs. She teaches part-time at the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese American University. In 2012 she was a resident at Darat al Funun, where she also led a manifesto writing workshop.
