Gözde İlkin
Gözde İlkin is an Istanbul-based artist who works with found and used domestic textiles such as tablecloths, curtains and bed linens. She combines stitching, drawing, painting, video and sound. Her work addresses borders, gender, belonging and urban transformation. She was a visual arts resident at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn in spring 2018.
