Guido GARAYCOCHEA

Guido Garaycochea is a Peruvian-born visual artist working in New York and Connecticut. His collages, mixed-media works, and paintings examine gender, sexuality, and masculinity. He studied in Lima, Chile, and at the School of Visual Arts in New York. He has taught at several Chilean and Connecticut institutions and co-founded the Expressiones Cultural Center in New London. He now works at the Queens Museum.
