Guillermo Mena

Guillermo Mena is an Argentine artist born in 1986 who works in expanded drawing, including installation, performance, and moving images. His practice focuses on atmospheric and geological phenomena and on fragile, changing landscapes. He lives and works in Buenos Aires. He took part in the SÍM Residency in Reykjavík, Iceland, in 2022, and his other residencies include Banff, Amanei in Italy, and Epecuén in Argentina. He has also worked as an animator and concept artist on film projects.
