Haley Holmer

Haley Holmer holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, completed in 2019. Her doctoral work assessed how the CDC measures antibiotic use. She was a post-doctoral fellow in the Veterans Affairs Center for Innovation to Improve Veteran-Centered Care (CIVIC) Health Services Research fellowship in 2020-2021, on the evidence synthesis track. Her mentor was Dr. Devan Kansagara. Her research focuses on evidence synthesis, guideline methodology, and meta-research, especially rapid reviews. She is listed as an investigator at the VA Evidence Synthesis Program Coordinating Center in Portland.
