Hana Miletić

Hana Miletić is an artist born in Zagreb in 1982 who lives and works in Brussels and Zagreb. Her practice links photography and weaving, using woven textiles modelled on photographs of repairs in public space. She works with slow, repetitive processes such as weaving to address acceleration, standardisation and social reproduction. She trained in art history, archaeology and gender studies, then in photography at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Her solo exhibition Komadi / Pieces was shown at MMSU in Rijeka in 2022, and she has been a resident at MASEREEL and at the Kamov Residency Programme.
