Harriet Steinke

Harriet Steinke is a composer of contemporary vocal and chamber music. In 2024 she was chosen as one of two finalists in Beth Morrison Projects' BMP:NEXTGEN 3 competition, which commissioned a vocal-theatre work from her. She is slated as an artist-in-residence at Avaloch Farm Music Institute in September 2026, where she is working with the ensemble Sputter Box on a new piece.
