Hilary Irons

Hilary Irons is a Maine-based painter and curator who serves as gallery and exhibitions director at the University of New England in Portland. She received her BFA in painting from Parsons School of Design and her MFA from Yale School of Art. Her panel paintings explore opticality, landscape, and material culture. She has attended a residency at the Surf Point Foundation among several others.
