Jamal Gerald
Jamal Gerald is a Leeds-based writer and performance artist whose practice, since 2014, spans Live Art, theatre, short film and poetry. His work explores spirituality, ancestry, and the intersections of Blackness and queerness. He completed a 2018 residency at Alice Yard in Trinidad, where he developed the one-to-one piece 'You See…' and conducted historical research for a work in progress.
