James Lentz

James Lentz is a sculptor based in Providence, Rhode Island, who works in metal and other materials. He is the foundry coordinator and casting instructor at The Steel Yard. He was a resident at The Steel Yard in 2015. He also coordinates the traveling aluminum foundry for Art Shape Mammoth. He holds a BFA in sculpture from Massachusetts College of Art and describes himself as working toward an MFA from the University of the Autodidact.
