Jood Jung

Jood Jung is a Thai artist based in Chiang Mai who works in a conceptual abstract style. She was the invited Thai artist in Studio 88's residency for the Reviving Nature open call, announced in September 2023. Her residency project, "Ice Cream of Four Elements", draws on Thai traditional medicine. Time Out Chiang Mai lists her solo show O₂ at SYN Gallery, built from freehand circles, dots and stamped acrylic marks, which explores breathing and cycles of change. The page gives her legal name as Waranya Thongbor.
