Jorche Martinez

Jorche Martinez is a Mexican composer and sound artist (born 1981) whose work centers on field recording and electro-acoustic and acousmatic music. He was a composer in residence at Buinho Creative Hub in Messejana, Portugal, in 2019, where he made the piece 'Miragens' from recordings of the town's plaza, gardens, bars, and machines. He also works as a director and music producer at the agency Idyllium.
