Jose Bote

Jose Bote is a playwright and theatre director who writes original plays and stages works by Baricco, Ionesco, Calderón and Shakespeare. In 2017 he was a resident at BRUNAKRA in Southern Sweden, the first playwright in that program. There he planned a manuscript on the mechanisms behind genocide, drawing on research into the Armenian, Cambodian and Rwandan genocides.
