Julieta Aguinaco

Julieta Aguinaco is a Mexico City-based artist who works in performance and writing. She collaborates with Sarah Demoen, and the two met at the Dutch Art Institute in 2013. Her individual practice looks at non-linearity, geological history, and challenges to private property drawn from non-Western worldviews. She was a Rabbit Island resident in 2017 and later exhibited in the 2018 group show A Sense of Place.
