KAIJA HINKULA

Kaija Hinkula is a Finland-based visual artist whose practice works within expanded painting, combining paint and composition with sculpture and spatial installation. She was born in Kuopio in 1984 and holds an MFA from the Helsinki Academy of Fine Arts. In 2022 she took part in the PADA Studios residency near Lisbon, and her solo show PLAY was shown at Oulu Art Museum that year.
