Kara Lynn Bressler

Kara Lynn Bressler is a visual artist and geo-typographer who makes place-based fonts from physical spaces. She works as an animation lighting artist on feature films, including The Wild Robot, while running her own multimedia practice. She held the 2025 Rabbit Island residency and was named Rocky Mountain National Park's artist-in-residence in 2026.
